Dahi aloo

Ingredients: 
250g potatoes
2 tbsp curd
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp.chaat masala
1 tsp.red chillipowder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 cup coriander leaves
Oil for cooking



Method

  1. Boil peel and cut the potatoes in desired shape
  2. Heat 1 tsp.oil in the pan add the cumin seeds
  3. When the cumin seeds are done
  4. Add the potatoes spices and mix well
  5. Add curd mix then decorate with coriander leaves
