Fried Potatoes with Brinjal

Ingredients: 
2 - large potatoes, peeled and cut into medium size pieces
1 kg - brinjal (long) cut lenghtwise into 4 pieces
3 - whole red chilly broken in 2 pieces
2 tsp - cummin seeds
3 tbsp - oil
salt to taste



Method

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil, add cummin seeds and chillies fry for few minutes.
  2. Add vegetable & salt and saute further.
  3. Cover & cook on low heat till vegetables are done.
