Healthy palak soup

Ingredients: 
2 bunches of spinach
1 medium size potato
150 g bottle gourd
1 tbsp of fresh cream for garnishing
Salt to taste
1 tbsp pepper powder



Method

  1. Cut and clean the spinach leaves and blanch using some water.
  2. Pressure cook potato and bottle gourd
  3. Grind the cooked spinach and boiled potato and bottle gourd into a paste.
  4. Boil in a pan, add salt and pepper powder.
  5. While serving garnish with cream.
