Methi Chicken with Peanut Grovee

Ingredients:
500 g - chicken
4 tbsp - kasoori methi
100 g - peanut paste
4 - onions paste
1 tbsp - jeera
100 g - oil
2 tbsp - coriander powder
1 tbsp - garam masala
2 tbsp - red chilli powder
salt to taste
4 - tomato
2 tbsp - garlic paste
2 tbsp - butter
1 tbsp - turmeric

For garnishing :
1 - tomato
2 - onion
2 - lemon wedges
4 - green chillies

Method
            1.In a deep bowl put chicken, kasoori methi, peanuts paste, onion paste, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, tomato, garlic paste and turmeric.
            2.Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for an hour.
            3.Now take a another pan and put 6-8 tsp. oil.
            4.Then put jeera & tomato and stir.
            5.Cover the pan, cook two min (stir in between)
            6.After 2 min. open pen cover and put marinade chicken in pen or stir it and cover the pan.
            7.Cook 10 to 15 min. (stir in between).
            8.After cooking put some butter and garnish it.
Serve hot with laccha paratha/rice.
