Ingredients:
4 - tomatoes
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - mustard seeds
a pinch of turmeric
a pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
oil to fry
Method
1.Boil the tomatoes and make it into a thick puree.
2.Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
3.Add the tomatoes and the other masala.
4.Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with Chappathis and Puris
