Tomato Garlic Pulao

Ingredients:
                150 g - basmati rice
                1 cup - mint leaves
                1 - pureed tomato
                1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
                1 tsp - cumin
                salt to taste
                2 tbsp - butter

Method
               1.Heat butter in the pan, add cumin seeds.
               2.When the cumin seeds start crackling add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.
               3.When the mixture starts boiling, add the cleaned and washed rice and mix well.
               4.Add 2 cups of water, cook till rice is tender.
               5.Garnish with mint leaves.
