Time Taken : 15-30 mins
Ingredients:
4 slices - sandwich bread
2 - potato
2 - finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp - turmeric
a pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
oil to fry
Method
- Boil and mash the potato.
- Add the green chillies, turmeric, asafetida and salt.
- Make the potato into small vadas and shallow fry them.
- Take one slice of the sandwich bread and keep the potato vada and top it with another bread slice.
- Toast the sandwich in a sandwich toaster.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
