Masala Chilli Potatoes

Ingredients: 
4 - potato
1 cup - finely sliced onion
2 - dry red chillies
1 tsp - chilli sauce
1 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil to fry



Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
  2. Add the dry red chillies and onions. Saute the onions.
  3. Add the chilli sauce, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  4. Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut it into small pieces and add them.
  5. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
