Ingredients:
1 cup - paneer cubes
1/2 cup - finely chopped onion
1/2 cup - finely Chopped Tomato
1/2 cup - finely Chopped Capsicum
1/2 cup - Boiled Peas
1 tbsp - American Sweet Corn
2 tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
- Add the other ingredients except paneer.
- Add a little water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add the paneer cubes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
