Kheema Cutlet

Ingredients: 
1 cup - chicken kheema (boil and strain the water from it)
1 cup - boiled potatoes
1 cup - bread crumbs
1 tsp - ginger garlic chilli paste
2 - egg white
1/2 tsp - garam masala
salt to taste
oil to fry



Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Make small balls out of it.
  3. You can fill it with 1-2 raisins in between.
  4. Dip it in egg white paste and roll in bread crumbs
  5. Deep fry on low flame in moderatly heated oil till it is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
