Ingredients:
1 chicken
2 sticks tej
1 tsp hing
Salt
2&1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp jeera pd
15 almonds
4 inch piece ginger
3 black cardamom
3cups curds
1 tsp garam masala
1&1/2 tsp dhania powder
5 tbsps ghee
5 potatoes
Method
Wash chicken & cut into pieces.
Grind ginger.
Heat ghee season with with tej & cardamom and hing.
Add chicken ground ginger curds salt & cover & simmer for 10 mts.
Add chilly jeera dhania pds.Cover & cook chicken.
The ingredients would stick at the bottom stir every few minutes.
Cook till all water evaporates & ghee oozes out.
Sprinkle garam masala.
Steam potatoes & cut into two & fry. Add chicken.
Blanch almonds slice & fry and sprinkle on chicken.
Pour 1 cup hot water. Bring to a boil.
