Ingredients:
1 cup - channa dhal
1 cup - finely chopped onions
Green chillies to your taste
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
Salt
1/2 tsp - hing
1 tbsp - ginger and garlic finely minced
Method
- Soak channa dal exactly for 1 hour and drain it.
- Grind it without adding water. the mixture should be coarse.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Make small balls and flatten them.
- Heat oil and deep fry the balls.
