Ingredients:
2 bunches of spinach
1 medium size potato
150 g bottle gourd
1 tbsp of fresh cream for garnishing
Salt to taste
1 tbsp pepper powder
Method
- Cut and clean the spinach leaves and blanch using some water.
- Pressure cook potato and bottle gourd
- Grind the cooked spinach and boiled potato and bottle gourd into a paste.
- Boil in a pan, add salt and pepper powder.
- While serving garnish with cream.
